The Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) is a 6-year clinical pharmacy doctoral programme (5 years academic + 1 year internship) introduced in 2008 as per PCI regulations. It trains pharmacists for direct patient care and clinical pharmacy practice.

The Pharm.D programme at PRRMCP was introduced in 2008. It is a patient-oriented programme focused on clinical pharmacy, pharmacotherapy, drug information services, and direct patient care. Students undergo extensive clinical training at affiliated hospitals in Kadapa, developing competencies in drug therapy monitoring, adverse drug reaction reporting, pharmacovigilance, and patient counselling. The programme has produced several successful clinical pharmacists serving in hospitals across India.
Pass in 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Minimum 50% aggregate. Admission through AP EAPCET (Code: PRMP).
