The Women Empowerment Cell at PRRMCP promotes gender equality, women's safety, and professional development for women students and staff.
The Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) at PRRM College of Pharmacy is committed to creating an inclusive campus environment where women students and staff feel safe, respected, and empowered. The cell organises awareness programmes on gender sensitisation, legal rights, and professional development. It works in close coordination with the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address any gender-based complaints or concerns.
