The Student Grievance Redressal Committee at PRRM College of Pharmacy provides a structured channel for students to report grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal matters. The committee ensures that all complaints are addressed in a time-bound, fair, and impartial manner. Students may submit grievances through the online grievance portal or directly to the committee. The committee meets regularly to review and resolve pending grievances.

Mandate & Objectives

Receive and register student grievances through the complaint box or online portal
Investigate and resolve complaints within 15 working days
Maintain a grievance register and submit periodic reports to management
Identify and address systemic issues affecting student welfare
Ensure anonymity of complainants where requested
