About

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at PRRM College of Pharmacy is constituted as mandated by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). The ICC provides a confidential and time-bound mechanism for addressing complaints of sexual harassment from any member of the college community â€” students, teaching, or non-teaching staff. The committee ensures fair investigation and appropriate redressal of all complaints.

Mandate & Objectives

Receive and investigate complaints of sexual harassment as per POSH Act 2013
Ensure confidentiality of complainant and respondent throughout the process
Conduct inquiry and submit report within the statutory timeframe
Organise awareness programmes on prevention of sexual harassment
Maintain records of all complaints and actions taken
Recommend action to the management upon conclusion of inquiry
